Return/Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY:

Items may be returned within 15 days of delivery with original packaging and tags. After 15 days of purchase we do not offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached, if applicable.

If the item is NOT in resalable condition please understand we cannot accept the return. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We will handle returns or exchanges at our local office. 

Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Why your item would NOT be eligible for return:

Items with obvious signs of use; dirt and hair on the item.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will be deemed as non-returnable items.

RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE):

By Mail

Pack the item safely and securely for shipping. All shipping charges must be paid by the customer. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please email us at: theplayfulpoochy@gmail.com.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE):

We know it can be hard to get the exact fit for your pooch. We offer exchange on clothing and accessories if the item is in NEW and resalable condition. Please ensure there is not hair or dirt on the item.

If the manufacturer has stopped making that particular item and we cannot find a suitable replacement, a refund will be issued if the item is in NEW condition and in resalable condition.

If your item arrived defective please contact as soon as possible and we will reach out to the manufacturer and we will send another item.

To return your product please email us for instructions. We will answer your email within 24-72 hours. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable
