Hound Hose is a dog tug toy made from a 100% genuine recycled fire hose. The inside lining is only used as the material is fused to the rubber liner making the tug stronger and more durable. The fire hose is double-jacketed, so the outside is pulled off. All hose is soaped and pressure washed before production. The stamp is a safe, nontoxic ink. When the rope is used for the handles, it’s a true professional rescue rope with approximately a break strength on the pull. 7500 pounds. The stuffing in new polyfill type filling.

Hound Hose is intended as a pull-and-throw toy for reward and play. It is not designed as a toy for your dog to sit and chew on like they would with a bone. Though tough, they are not indestructible.
